Robby, thanks so much for the music request. it would be a huge block of text to post here, but I hope you are able to learn from the chord changes I emailed. we're glad to type up any of our chords/music for anyone who's interested. one day we'll make a songbook i hope...

Hey Nate! I was curious to see if you had any of the chords/tablature for your songs all typed out for sharing... Ones of particular interest to me are 'The Ballad Of Sonny Lucas', 'When, My Bones?' and 'Far As I Can See' for starters! If you're willing to share them that's be awesome! I'm looking forward to hearing you again soon!!! Oh, I haven't had a chance to give a listen to your first CD yet, but I'll do that and I'm sure I'll enjoy it! Robby

Hey Anwar, Thanks for the comment and compliments! we're considering putting House of the Risin Sun on the next album we do. I love playing it, but it's unrecorded as of yet. we had a great tour, thanks for the good wishes. see you soon!

So, I liked a lot of your music in general, and like I promised Nate I will be buying the CD this week. I swear it. The cover of the "Next" song was hilarious. I can't reiterate enough how amazing your rendition of "House of the Rising Sun" was. I can only wonder if you guys have a studio version of that one- not to make you start doing covers or anything, but it really was that good. And you're original stuff was great too. Best wishes to you on your upcoming tour. Anwar

Hey Nate, Hows it going? I hope i will be able to make it to your show. I have a presentation that day on my snowboard design so I will most likely be absolutely exhausted. I will probably have a working prototype by the new year. Care to do any testing? Hope all is well.

Hey Nate... You may have heard your dad mention me once or twice over the years, but I know you're old man a long time. I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how it does my old heart good to see you and hear your music. Your dad and me and all our friends loved music so much, and I'm glad to see it live on in you. As you know, our friend "Turkey" just passed and I was happy that the last image I have of him is playing his guitar. Rock on kid.

I just wanted to say that I caught your show in Binghamton, NY and I thank you for playing. How do you tell someone how much you enjoyed watching them put themselves and their art and passion out for all to see? I am afraid I don't have the words. But I thank you nonetheless.

nate on Dec. 10th, 2006 at 4:57pm said...sorry, sennello no double, possible 12-string
mike, thanks for the comments. I've never tried "it don't mean a thing" on 12-string, but I geuninely think that's a sweet idea, and I will next time I end up w/ a 12-string in my hands. Oh, and I used to do double gainers a lot, but haven't in a while. The trick a the end is a gainer 900 (2 1/2 twists). New videos soon... Thanks Mike!

ps - OMG! is that a DOUBLE gainer at the end?

  sennello on Dec. 10th, 2006 at 2:48am said...it don't mean a thing
hey man, mike here. just wanted to know if you ever tried "It Don't Mean a Thing?" on a 12-string? I think it might be pretty cool.
